Material: chicken, lemon, salt, turmeric powder, red chili, ginger paste, hung curd, germ masala, coal, oil, and orange color.

Procedure:

  • First of all, we take chicken in the pan.
  • And put the lemon water on the chicken.
  • Then take red chili, salt, turmeric powder, ginger paste and put on the chicken and mix it.
  • Then, take hung curd in other pan.
  • Then put germ masala, red chili powder, salt, ginger paste, lemon water, orange color and mix it properly.
  • The, put its mixture on the chicken and mix it.
  • Then, take oil in the pan and heat it.
  • And put butter.
  • Now put the chicken pieces in the oil and fry it.
  • Now, take small piece of coal and heat it on the flame.
  • Then, put the coal in the pan in which chicken pieces fry and cover it.
  • Take out the cover and take out the coal.
  • At last, our tandori chicken will prepare.
