TANDOORI MALAI CHICKEN
Material: chicken, yogurt, lesson paste, red chili, green chili, salt, onion.
- First of all we take chicken.
- Then chicken mix with yogurt, lesson paste, red chili, green chili, salt.
- When it mix properly.
- Then, take oil in the pan and heated it.
- When oil heated then put yogurt, and mix it properly and fry for 1 minute.
- Then put the chicken in the pan.
- And fry it for 15 minutes on the medium flame.
- Then cover it for 5 minutes on the low flame.
- When it cooked then covers out and off the flame.
- At last our tandoori chicken will prepare.
