Material: chicken, yogurt, lesson paste, red chili, green chili, salt, onion.

Procedure:

  • First of all we take chicken.
  • Then chicken mix with yogurt, lesson paste, red chili, green chili, salt.
  • When it mix properly.
  • Then, take oil in the pan and heated it.
  • When oil heated then put yogurt, and mix it properly and fry for 1 minute.
  • Then put the chicken in the pan.
  • And fry it for 15 minutes on the medium flame.
  • Then cover it for 5 minutes on the low flame.
  • When it cooked then covers out and off the flame.
  • At last our tandoori chicken will prepare.
