Material: chicken, oil, red chili powder, salt, lesson paste, yogurt, onion, pan, black chili, germ masala, coriander powder, coconut powder.

SHAHI CHICKEN KORMA

Procedure:

*    Take chicken and mix it with salt, red chili, yogurt.

*    First of all we take oil in the pan.

*    When oil heated then put the pieces of onions.

*    When color of onion brown then take out from the pan.

*    Now we put germ masal and black chili.

*    Then we put chicken and mix it.

*    Now put coconut powder and black chili and mix it.

*    After that we cover it.

*    Then put yogurt.

*    Then mix it.

*    Then cover it for 12 minutes.

*    Then put the paste of onion which we make.

*    And mix it.

*    Then we cover it.

*    Take jeera, leachy, lung, black chili and grand it.

*    Then put the khawra water then mix the spicy powder.

*    Then mix it.

*    Now we cook it for14 minutes.

*    At last, our shahi chicken korma will prepare.
