Material:   egg, green coriander, green chili, garlic paste, salt, flour, oil, water.

Procedure:

  • First of all we take egg and break it in the pan.
  • Put green chili, green coriander, garlic paste and salt and mix it.
  • Then take flour and mix it with water.
  • Make its bread in soft shape.
  • Then put it on the plan pan and heated it.
  • When its shape change to two parts.
  • Then cut it from one side.
  • Then fill it with egg.
  • And put on the plan and heated it.
  • When egg cook then take out from the pan.
  • At last our egg paratha will prepared.
