Material: egg, boiled rice, salt, red chili, black chili powder, cumin powder, ginger and garlic paste, baryani masala, germ masala, cumin, alaechi, tomato, onion, green chili, oil.

Procedure:

  • First of all we take oil in the pan.
  • And put masala in the pan.
  • Then take rice’s in the pan.
  • And put salt in the pan.
  • And put water in the pan and mix it and cover it.
  • When water finished then take out cover.
  • Then take oil in the other pan and put the eggs in the pan and fry it.
  • Then take out from the pan.
  • Then put cumin in the pan, onion and fry it.
  • Then take out onions.
  • Then put garlic and ginger paste and fry it.
  • Then put red chili, baryani masala, and salt and mix it and fry.
  • Then put yogurt and mix it.
  • After that fried onions put in the pan and mix it.
  • Then put eggs in the pan.
  • Our rice boiled.
  • Now we take making masala and put on the rice.
  • At last our egg baryani will prepare.
  • We can enjoy it
