Material: chicken, curd, red chili powder, kashmiri chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, germ masala, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt, and lemon.

CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA

Procedure:

  • First of all, we take chicken without bones.
  • Then mix it with curd, red chili, kashmiri chili, coriander powder, cumin powder, germ masala powder, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt and lemon water.
  • When it mixed well then covers it for 12 minutes.
  • After that take flam and pan.
  • Then put oil in the pan.
  • Heat the oil.
  • Then put the mixed chicken in the pan and fry it.
  • Then take out from the pan.
  • Then take oil in the pan and put the cumin seeds.
  • And put onion pieces.
  • After that take tomato paste and mix it.
  • Then put red chili, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, germ masala and salt and mix it.
  • After that put the fried chicken.
  • And put some quantity of salt.
  • And mix it.
  • At last, our chicken tikka masala will prepare.
